Winter Is Cold

Worn-out, aloof girl (Zhou Keke) × sunny boy (Xu Yuxuan)

Xu Yuxuan: “Xu Yuxuan will always stay by Zhou Keke's side. And of course, Zhou Keke has to stay by Xu Yuxuan's side, too.”

Zhou Keke: “Okay! Should we pinky swear?”

Xu Yuxuan: “Only childish people pinky swear. I'm definitely not childish, though.”

[Zhou Keke loves summer. She once said it holds the “dream” of her whole life. She hopes time will always stay in the summer when she met me.]

[Only later did I understand what she meant by that “dream.”]

[I once promised I'd always stay by her side. Maybe I kept my promise, or maybe she was the one who broke hers.]
