A Farmer Singer? One Song of Rakshasa Sea City Set the World Ablaze!

Twenty years ago, Chu Yi transmigrated to a parallel world in 2002. He released three hit songs: “The First Snow of 2002,” “Love Song of the West Sea,” and “Pray to Buddha.” He dominated the ringback tone market, with sales reaching hundreds of millions! But to activate the System, Chu Yi left the entertainment industry and vanished without a trace. In the meantime, his peers grew jealous and envious, criticizing and scorning him. Na Ying: “Chu Yi’s songs have no musicality! They’re only suitable for farmers to listen to!” Wang Feng: “Chu Yi’s popularity is a tragedy for Chinese pop music!” Twenty years later, Chu Yi makes his comeback on I Am a Singer! One classic hit, “Love Song of the West Sea,” brings back the youthful memories of countless people! Those who were farmers back then have since grown wealthy. Some even started out as farmers and became billionaires, listening to Chu Yi’s songs along the way! At a company gala, a billionaire sings “Love Song of the West Sea” with heartfelt emotion and thanks Chu Yi for accompanying him through the years! Na Ying and Wang Feng are dumbstruck! The whole internet is dumbstruck! Then Chu Yi performs “Rakshasa City,” packed with pointed allusions, and gives Na Ying, Wang Feng, and a host of professional musicians a real taste of it! The whole internet is stunned! “Holy crap, who said Chu Yi’s songs had no substance?” “Haha! Na Ying is a chicken!” But what comes next shocks them even more. “What? Chu Yi donated hundreds of Hope Primary Schools?” “What? Chu Yi spent twenty years teaching in rural schools, with students flourishing everywhere? He helped countless children from mountain villages make it out, and they even became pillars of the nation?” “Holy crap! This man is practically a god!”
