In her previous life, Mu Nuannuan insisted on getting engaged to Li Jiang, only for him to personally send her to her uncle’s bed. The next day, when she went to confront him, Li Jiang shoved her off a yacht, and she drowned.
On the day of her funeral, he and Mu Xue’er were still getting it on. As they discussed how to divide up her father’s estate, Second Master Mu barged in with the police.
Facing her gravestone, Second Master Mu asked, “How am I not as good as him? You were the one who said you wanted to marry me first!”
