Collection of Xi's Martial Arts

This book is a collection of the essence of martial arts by Xi Chengfu, a noted martial artist in the Republic of China, compiled by Mr. Wu Weishu, a consultant to the Hangzhou Martial Arts Association and a noted martial artist. Xi Chengfu has learned many boxing techniques such as Shaolin, Tai Chi, Bagua, Xingyi, etc. He was the coach of the Zhejiang Provincial Martial Arts Hall during the Republic of China and the chief referee of the National Martial Arts and Entertainment Conference in 1929. The "Lingxi Xijia Quan" he founded is now an intangible cultural heritage of Zhejiang Province.
