Record of the Jade-Handed General

Synopsis of Wolong Sheng’s wuxia novel The Jade Hand’s Roll Call The palace is thrown into turmoil, and the Prince of Jin meets his doom. Brilliant and gifted, with profound knowledge of martial arts, the Prince of Jin spent his days and nights studying wondrous techniques and esoteric arts with extraordinary masters from the martial world. After his death, he left behind a secret manual that surpassed everything from antiquity to the present day. Ten years later, someone discovered the Prince of Jin’s tomb. The manual and treasures buried within became the focus of the martial world’s attention. Both the black and white factions flocked to the Taihang Mountains, each determined to claim them by any means necessary. Some resorted to cunning schemes, while others seized by force. Before long, the Taihang Mountains were shrouded in the tension of impending battle. Traps and blades lurked both inside and outside the tomb. Giant pythons, black bees, poisonous mists, and hidden arrows appeared, swarmed, drifted, and shot through the air... The Prince of Jin’s tomb filled all who approached it with both excitement and dread! False heirs to the Prince of Jin, false palace masters: they stirred up storms and fanned the flames, making the situation more perilous, mysterious, and bewildering by the day. Lu Wenfei, a descendant of the Prince of Jin’s followers, endured countless hardships and torments with a righteous heart and fearless courage. At last, together with the Prince of Jin’s daughter, he foiled the conspiracy of both the black and white factions.
