The Martial World Strongman

The Martial Arts Novel The Strongest in the Martial World: Set during the Wanli reign of the Ming dynasty, the story follows Shen Shentong, a major figure in the government, as he battles evil criminal forces. At the same time, it paints a tale of bloody turmoil, love, and hate in the martial world. As a later work by Sima Ling, the novel is undeniably gripping. Its reflections on fate are particularly distinctive, and its artistic sensibility feels close to our own lives. By setting a "strongman" against fate, though he ultimately fails, the story leaves us with much to ponder. It has plenty to hold a reader's interest.
