Reader comments
The author, Brondine Calle Germain, is truly amazing. She transitioned from dancer to movement therapist, and she shares her experiences in the book. I especially hate people who talk about structure without function. This book combines function and structure, which is very practical. I am going to recommend this book to my friends who like sports.
The concepts are explained very clearly and it is a very good reference book.
Or knowledge can settle people's hearts [love] The anatomy of muscle movements written in this book is very detailed and easy to understand, which can better improve the content of my teaching.
It is just a simple introduction to large movements and muscles, without complicated theoretical content. Although it is simple, it is very practical. Coupled with the author's many years of experience in the industry, it is a good book worth reading.
Strong professionalism and detailed content
A very good book.

Very detailed and very helpful for studying fitness movements and avoiding injuries.
