Under a Female Ancestor's Tutelage, I Navigate the Schemes of Bad Women

Qin An transmigrates to a cultivation world. Thanks to his sworn brother’s help, he enters an immortal sect, but he has no talent for cultivation and remains stuck at the seventh level of Qi Refining.

One day, his sworn brother brings him a jade gourd, saying it can disguise his cultivation and help him become an outer disciple.

Qin An takes the jade gourd and unexpectedly succeeds in advancing, gaining entry to the outer sect.

But to his surprise, the sect’s founding patriarch takes him as a disciple.

Under the patriarch’s tutelage, he goes through all kinds of absurd mishaps, suffers endless pranks and practical jokes, and is even forced by a wicked woman to turn against his own sect. After countless trials make him one of the sect’s most powerful figures, he finally meets the female patriarch face-to-face and begins to suspect something.

“Why does this patriarch look so much like my sworn brother, and that wicked woman?”

“Dear brother, it’s been a long time. How have you been?”

“Young man, why haven’t you greeted me yet?”

Wait, she really is his sworn brother and the wicked woman!

For a moment, Qin An is completely bewildered.
