Loving You Is a Sweet Little Secret

【Gentle and refined Xu Songnian & radiant, passionate little Ayou】 A secret crush is a sweet memory. Years may pass, but the love remains. At eighteen, Lin You traveled a thousand miles north to study in Libei because Xu Songnian had told her, “I’ll be waiting for you in Libei.” But she only ever saw him twice, and both times in secret. She knew full well that a secret crush was a one-person play, so she never crossed the line. At some point, Xu Songnian began to notice this adorable, bubbly girl. He thought he might be falling for her. When Lin You happened to discover that he liked her too, she summoned the courage to confess. But he apologized... Later, he loved her. So what if they lived in different cities? So what if they lived in different countries, or came from different worlds? The only thing that can defeat love is a lack of love. Perhaps true love really can overcome anything. With these few words, I dedicate this story to everyone who has had a secret crush, and everyone who has been the object of one. May all those with secret crushes get the happy ending they hope for. May all those who are loved in secret always shine brightly. And may all lovers everywhere find their way to each other. May everyone be brave enough to love and be loved, and never be a coward when love comes along. I also hope that the boy who appeared in my youth is still shining as brightly as ever. Senior Xu, having a crush on you really was such a sweet, sweet secret.
