I Summon the Akatsuki in One Piece

Qian Ye’s account: I’d just transmigrated to the Naruto world and panicked like crazy when I realized there was no System. Then, right when I was about to die, the System finally appeared. Seriously? (*￣m￣) Qian Ye: I don’t need this System after all. System: Come on! You’re about to die in this world. I can transmigrate you to the neighboring One Piece world, so you won’t have to die. (＾ν＾) Qian Ye: (｀Δ´)! The serious synopsis: Qian Ye transmigrates to the One Piece world, thinking that with a System in hand, the whole world is his! But it turns out he isn’t the only one here with a System. He’s the real stowaway. He also discovers that someone in this world has been reborn, and that man is none other than Buggy the Clown, whose name sounds ridiculously impressive when you say it backward! At Mary Geoise, Uchiha Obito announces to the Five Elders: “I hereby declare that the Akatsuki Organization has declared war on the World Government!” It turns out that King of the World Rocks D. Xebec never died. He’s been hiding in Impel Down, where he’s grouped together with Golden Lion, World Destroyer, Red Count, and Devil’s Descendant as Impel Down’s F4! You say that makes five people? Since when has it been strange for the Four Heavenly Kings to have five members? Actually, there are four of the Three Admirals, because one more is locked up in Impel Down, waiting for the ten-year term to end. When the time comes, the Dragon King will return and take control of Marine Headquarters! The Four Emperors of the sea become the Seven Emperors, and the Shichibukai become the Twelve Zodiac Palaces.
