Beasts Besiege the City!

[Post-apocalyptic + insectoid race + decisive and ruthless + dark + mecha] After an accident, Xiao Zhan falls to his death, only to find himself mysteriously transmigrated to another world! The planet that was once a beautiful blue sphere is now a wasteland. Green fog blankets the sky, while coastal land is covered in fungal mats. The ocean, once a cradle of life, has become a breeding ground for alien creatures. Less than one person in ten can survive in this environment! But humanity’s spark must be kept alive, and the resolve to reclaim their home will never fade! Xiao Zhan wakes from a deep sleep, surrounded by sticky fungal matter. In the distance, the tall walls seem to divide two completely different worlds. Just as he is trying to make sense of things, several people wearing gas masks and carrying specialized guns spot him! “Captain! Come take a look!” “Oh my god! A living person! And he’s fine without a mask!” After confirming there are no enemies nearby, Zhao Lei, the squad captain, cautiously approaches, stunned by the naked young man before him! This squad has reached the limit of how far it can venture into this area, yet this man seems perfectly adapted to the environment! “What the hell! Where am I?” Xiao Zhan wipes the slime from his body, finally realizing: has he transmigrated? He’s more familiar with a story like this than anyone, because before coming here, he was a famous novelist! Am I the protagonist now? That means I’m totally set to take off! “Another world! Here I come!” But before he can even say hello, the burly man in front of him knocks him unconscious with the butt of his gun! “Return immediately. This thing should be...”
