In nearly two hundred countries around the world and thousands of cities, tens of millions of Chinese people make their homes. At any given moment, millions of Chinese citizens are also traveling around the world or conducting business abroad.
Protecting the lives and property of citizens overseas cannot wait, but there are situations in which it is not appropriate for the authorities to step in.
A special international environment calls for special measures.
And so, a private force dedicated to protecting the lives and property of citizens overseas was born.
