Synopsis

To escape my nightmares, I signed up for a lucid-dreaming course. I thought I might actually learn to lucid dream, but then I realized that even having that thought was just wishful thinking! Nightmare 1: I struggle through life and die penniless. Instructor: Think about money. Keep thinking about it, and it’ll show up in your dreams. What I actually dreamed: The money was there, but I was already dead. Someone had burned it into my vault. Nightmare 2: I keep coming in last place, so my teacher tells me to get lost. Instructor: In your dream, you come in first and the teacher gets lost instead. What I dreamed afterward: I was a tire, and I rolled faster than anyone else. Nightmare 3: The property managers do nothing, and they make me so angry I die. Instructor: The property managers get disciplined and treat you like royalty. What I actually dreamed: They treated me wonderfully, since I was their rich, dying biological father. …They didn’t treat me like royalty, but I was on my way to meet my ancestors. Nightmare 4: I’m useless. All my life, people ignore and trample me, and I die without making the slightest impression. Instructor: In your dream, you’re a useful member of society, admired wherever you go. People appreciate and love you all your life. What I actually dreamed: I was useful, all right. No one ignored me, and no one dared trample me, because I was a pile of shit. Nightmare 5: A wild boar chases me, and I meet a horrible end. Instructor: Next time you dream, kill it and invite everyone over for a feast! What happened afterward: I was reborn as a pig and served as someone’s drinking snack. There are too many stories to list them all. Read on to find out more. (Special note: The tags are incorrect. This is not a romance, and there is no male lead. I can’t change them, so please bear with me.)

Any Supernatural Novels That Focus on the Plot, with Romance as a Side Story?

I want to read something similar to The Language of the Three Corpses. No System, please. The main focus should be on being frightening. The protagonist can be weak at first, but they cannot be stupid.

Looking for Lighthearted Modern No-CP Novels for Women

Ideally, the female lead is rich and the story is pretty funny. Absolutely no couples, not even one-sided crushes. I just want something fun. It's fine if the female lead spends the whole story making money.

Please, an Addictive but Short Novel.

It's really the dull period. I always feel that I have finished reading all the good ones on Tomato. There are also novels with good plots but very lengthy. Are there any novels that are addictive but not long? Save the children.
