However, he also hid the hidden dangers of the Song Dynasty's weakness due to his national policy of "emphasis on culture and restraint on military affairs." The famous "Chenqiao Mutiny" and "Release of Military Power over a Drink of Wine", without the bloody smell of massacres and sword flashes, took the throne and stabilized the political power. However, the cause of death remained a mystery, and a generation of heroes fell!

However, this book can be used as an enlightenment book for beginners on Song history. It writes about the 18 emperors of the Song Dynasty one by one in order. It is not exciting but overall it is objective.
History is really a cycle of karma and retribution. The kingdom that Zhao Kuangyin snatched from the hands of Chai Zhou's orphans and widowers was finally lost to the hands of orphans and widowers. Zhao Guangyi kidnapped the emperor of the Southern Tang Dynasty and humiliated him in every possible way. Emperor Huiqin was also kidnapped by Jin and humiliated him in every possible way.
Especially Zhao Kuangyin, who was born as a general and seized the opportunity to establish the Song Dynasty. I think I should also be good at seizing opportunities in life. The author Liu Yaling wrote it very vividly, making me feel as if I had traveled back to the Song Dynasty and felt the changes of that era. All in all, this is a great book worth reading!
