Tales Of

In the book recommended by the elective course teacher, Teacher Yang has eight man-made cases with different origins, professions, personalities, and personal experiences to reflect the political ecology and social environment of that era. In fact, I personally like this method of history that looks at the big from the small. I find it very interesting. Moreover, I think history is not just a big and empty thing. It should not only focus on macro research, but also pay attention to the fate of ordinary people. Put your thinking into practice, put yourself in others' shoes, reflect and understand, and you may have different insights.

This book touched me very much, and the marginalized people in the book reminded me of some of my own experiences. In the transformation of society, everyone may become a marginalized person. We should pay attention to these marginalized people and give them more understanding and care. This book not only gave me a deeper understanding of that era, but also made me appreciate my current life more. Recommended to everyone, worth reading.

A small detour in a country can mean a lifetime to ordinary people.
