Synopsis

The "Axial Age" is a glorious era in human history. It is the beginning of mankind's great ideological tradition and an inexhaustible source of spiritual nourishment for mankind. This era gave birth to four major civilizations - Confucianism and Taoism in China, Hinduism and Buddhism in India, monotheism in Israel, and the formation of philosophical rationalism in Greece.
