After graduating from a technical college, Wei Zixun had no job or income, and his girlfriend Xiaona left him. On the recommendation of his university classmate Xiaopang, he became a night-shift driver at a crematorium south of the city, transporting corpses. The crematorium was a deeply sinister place: the previous night-shift driver had died under mysterious circumstances.
Uncle Li taught Wei Zixun the rules of the crematorium. He had worked there for years and was no longer afraid of the strange things that happened inside. On Wei Zixun's first day, Uncle Li warned him to follow the rules. Wei Zixun's first assignment was to transport a woman's body. During the journey, he failed to treat her with respect, and from then on, her ghost haunted him.
