Ode to Fireflies

Also known as The Shocking Truth: The Great Strategist of Dalin Is a Woman Enter with caution (this is a very different style from the author's story about Ling'er) [Pure historical setting + tragedy + inspiring growth + two strong leads + bittersweet ending] Main couple: a brilliant, devoted female strategist vs. a cool-headed, proper Prince of Yan Secondary couple: a quirky female general vs. a carefree little beggar A story of family, friendship, and love that will make you cry A story with love, but not confined by love She isn't a perfect strategist, because she isn't good at matters of the heart. When her heart stirs, the person she loves most gives her away to someone else, then sends her to prison. Only after he pushes her into the abyss does she finally understand how to scheme in matters of love... Note: The name wasn't chosen just to sound grand. Its meaning will be explained in the story. As the government becomes more just later on, there will be more people like Jiang Yin. Though one person's strength may be small, they love their country and its people, and their hearts hold a light. Like fireflies, they may be faint, but they can still illuminate the whole nation.
