Waiting for the Chance to Claim You

[Love at first sight + years of scheming + waiting for the chance to make a move + a thug before meeting his little fairy, a lovesick fool after + sweet, gentle little fairy Su Wan and handsome, lovesick bad-boy wolf Jiang Zhuo] Fu Juju said he’d seen a little fairy, and that his big brother would be completely smitten if he saw her. At first, when Jiang Zhuo heard about it, he scoffed. “A little fairy? In Fu Juju’s eyes, even a sow is a fairy!” Fu Juju tried to get Jiang Zhuo to take a look, but Jiang Zhuo didn’t even turn his head. He grabbed Fu Juju and tossed him aside, giving him a single word: “Hah~” Then, Jiang Zhuo met the little fairy everyone had been talking about. He immediately stood up straight and fixed his clothes. “Tsk! Where did this little fairy come from? She’s hit me right in the heart!” Later, someone stole the flowers Jiang Zhuo had grown, and Fu Juju was hung up and given a good “bamboo-stick meat stir-fry.” Jiang Zhuo cursed, “Those flowers were for my little fairy! How dare you mere mortals lay a finger on them!” After the little fairy came to thank him for the flowers Fu Juju had given her, Jiang Zhuo said, “Fu Juju, did you forget something today?” (Thinking: Get your butt over there and give her flowers!) Finally, Fu Juju said Jiang Zhuo had a photo of the little fairy hidden away like a precious treasure. When Su Wan saw it, she realized the girl looked just like herself at sixteen. The day before they were supposed to leave town, Fu Juju said, “Big brother, I don’t want to leave. Can I skip school in the city?” Jiang Zhuo replied, “You’re always climbing onto the roof and tearing it apart. Can you beat yourself up for once?” After seeing the little fairy, Fu Juju said, “Bro, you’ve bought the tickets? Let’s go now!” Jiang Zhuo: “...Go where? Your big brother believes in democracy!” Fu Juju rolled his eyes at him. “Sure, sure~~”
