The Haunted Bell of the Desolate Village

[Maoshan Taoist priest]+ [infinite loop]+ [ancient tomb exploration]+ [strange tales]+ [traditional supernatural]

My grandmother was an exorcist, but despite being in the prime of her life, she suddenly died of an illness back in her hometown.

To find out why she died, I joined an archaeological team and entered the forbidden grounds of Miao Wang Mountain in Xiwang Village, despite the villagers doing everything they could to stop us.

I thought my determination would uncover the truth behind my grandmother’s death.

Instead, it brought to light an old story buried for decades.

And I became trapped in a strange ancient tomb, caught in an endless cycle of reincarnation.

Even the ghosts and the Black and White Impermanence could not help me escape the cycle. Step by step, I sank into the abyss, surviving only with my grandmother’s notes and the ghost of my childhood sweetheart, Dandan.

The pacing may be a little slow, but it’s well worth reading!
