A Love Letter Written in Stars

[Reunited after years apart, secret crush becomes reality, both devoted only to each other]

At a class reunion, after someone sang Eason Chan’s Ten Years, a person joked, “How could anyone like someone for more than ten years? That’s just ridiculous.”

The girl beside her propped her head on her hand and asked, “But what does it feel like to like someone for that long?”

Looking at the lyrics on the screen, Jiang Lizhi answered casually, “Maybe it’s that if he stood in front of me again, my heart would still skip a beat.”

She happened to be holding the microphone, and her soft voice carried to everyone in the room.

A classmate accidentally hit the button to change the song, and a lyric suddenly rang out from the speakers: “On a windy day, I tried to hold your hand, but then the rain grew heavier and heavier until I could no longer see you.”

I’m waiting. When I’ve heard nothing from you for so long, I’ll go back to loving everything in this world.

A few things to know before you start:

1. It’s unrequited love, not a mutual secret crush. The heroine may suffer a bit, but it’s definitely a sweet story!!!

2. School life comes first, then city life, in a 1:2 ratio.

3. Both leads have exes, but there are reasons behind it. There are no unpleasant side characters in this story; everyone is an angel.

4. The male lead isn’t perfect and is slow to understand his feelings. His pursuit of his wife may be late, but it will happen. The male lead’s values don’t represent the author’s values, so if you’ve scolded him, you can’t scold the author too~

5. Writing isn’t easy, and there are thousands of great books out there. If this one isn’t for you, just pick another. Somewhere in this vast sea of books, there’s bound to be one you’ll love.
