Read more articles like this, life will not be too decadent, just like you are planning to lie down, it can still make you get up and walk around
To be honest, since I read the first two chapters, I have begun to think about what I want to do in the future or what to do in the future. I have also begun to mature and understand some principles. So from now on I will keep studying and resist the temptation.
It is quite easy to read and understand. Everyone understands the big principles, but few people actually do it. People are actually lazy. Change requires dedication and breaking the status quo. Three-point enthusiasm will not work. Practice is the truth.
The application of multiple different people's life stories illustrates the importance of self-discipline. Human beings are very contradictory animals. Strong inertia and huge potential often coexist in the body. Without pressure, people tend to become lazy, procrastinate, muddle along, and gradually become mediocre. However, after applying certain pressure and coercion and continuously working towards a goal, human potential will be stimulated and show differences from ordinary people. Therefore, the key to achieving self-discipline is to push yourself every day.
Women must be self-disciplined and financially independent. Be your perfect self
This book explains the importance of self-discipline through the life stories of many different people.
This book starts by grasping the living conditions of people around them, and allows readers to see different lives and understand the importance of self-discipline. Freedom is not what we think. Different people have different requirements for freedom. The author said that life is not a TV series, and it is not lived by bloody scripts. Life is supported by hope bit by bit.
I don't know why I didn't write a review in time after reading it for two hours. It took only a day for me to forget how I felt at that time. But at the time I really enjoyed what was in the book. Fortunately, I made an excerpt so that I won't forget it after reading it. Like: 1. I am more afraid of having regrets for the rest of my life than having nothing. (In my twenties, I am still young, brave to try, and have the capital for trial and error) 2. It is not scary to have no money, but it is scary to have no structure. (It's okay to be frugal, but it's not good to be frugal, such as spending half an hour shopping for a shopping coupon that costs a few dollars.) 3. Sit quietly and think about things for a long time, and don't talk about people's faults in small talk. (Three self-examinations, don't judge others too much) 4. Freedom is self-control (don't care what others think of you, because they don't look at you at all)
After reading the comments, I specifically read the last chapter, and I couldn't agree with many of the statements. I feel that a harmonious family depends entirely on the woman's temper. If a woman has a bad temper, the family atmosphere will be bad. This is really fart.
What I learned are very important things about life. I really love reading books like this.
The writing is very comprehensive and I can see a lot clearly from it. See human nature clearly and just be yourself. As the saying goes, it is smart to see things through but not tell them. The more self-discipline a person has, the more freedom he has, and the more good his words are, the more self-discipline you have, the more excellence you have. I hope that I will become more and more transparent, learn while doing, and hope that I can become what I hope in the future. Come on!
The author writes very well, I feel relatable and inspired.
After reading this book, I learned a lot!
The relationship between body and mind is a topic that interests me very much. This book discusses the relationship between self-discipline and freedom, which is actually the relationship between physical discipline and spiritual freedom. Every sentence is the truth; I have always been disgusted with this kind of pure chicken soup before, but after reading the many sincere suggestions for young people in this book, I feel deeply that sometimes we really have to be cruel to ourselves, be determined to close the circle of friends, be determined to break up with the inappropriate partner, and be determined to implement all ideas into concrete actions. Then we will all gain a balanced physical and mental relationship; we will usher in a day of freedom.
Self-discipline and freedom. It seems that these two things have always been considered by everyone to be two extreme things. It seems that if you have freedom, you must give up self-discipline, but if you want self-discipline, then freedom must say goodbye to you. But this book completely overturns this view and teaches you that only through self-discipline can you gain true freedom. The so-called absolute freedom is only based on absolute self-discipline. A person who cannot even achieve self-discipline cannot be free. After reading the contents of this book, I couldn't help but feel a sudden enlightenment. I highly recommend everyone to read it.
Only by experiencing it can you know what the author wrote.
Let me know how to plan my life, how to cherish time, and live with an optimistic attitude.
In fact, there is no big deal in life, it is just a personal problem. I think the first thing everyone should consider is whether they have personality, whether they have thought about others, think about others, and think about things from their perspective. Life is a subject that we need to study throughout our lives. Many people fail until they die.

I felt pretty good about self-discipline in the first few articles and could feel the power. However, I didn't feel anything after reading the last few articles, but I still insisted on reading it. The author used easy-to-understand stories and used people and things around him to tell me and give me his own opinions. I still read too little, and what I have learned from this article is too little. Reading more books in the future may improve me.

It took me three days to finish reading this e-book. All in all, there are too many theories in the front and many real-life examples in the back. The author is very attentive, and some of his words are quite reasonable and empathetic after thinking about them. I hope that in 2024 I can be self-disciplined all the way, not just for three minutes, but for a long time.
Worth reading many times, the content is relevant to life and very inspirational
The more self-discipline you have, the more freedom you have. Life requires planning and perseverance to live the life you want and do the things you want to do. Neither humble nor arrogant, neither arrogant nor discouraged, you need to decide how you want to live your life.
It teaches people how to develop self-discipline, and helps you design it step by step, so that you can trace it, make it simple and easy to understand, and benefit a lot. I followed the step-by-step method in it and persisted for a period of time. I felt that everything I did was more planned and methodical.
I have benefited a lot from reading this book. Self-discipline will make a person grow, meet a better self, see better scenery, be grateful to the good people you meet along the way, welcome life with a smile, and take a good future.
The perspective is novel, and it connects things that I usually can't connect with self-discipline. I found out why I am not free now! [Shy]
As the book says, self-discipline is not a constraint, but a manifestation of freedom. I like the parts about time management and emotional control in the book, which are very inspiring to me. I also want to be like the book says, be a generous person, waste no time, stick to my own plans, and become a truly powerful person!
This is a self-discipline book that is inspiring and guiding. I benefited a lot from the first half of the chapters. The latter part talks more about emotions. I personally feel that the first half is quite interesting. The content is deep and the language is powerful. It is a good book on self-discipline and is worth reading. [Thinking][Like]
"If you want to destroy it, you must first make it crazy!" "As long as your thinking doesn't slip, there are always more solutions than difficulties." In the wind and rain, this little pain is nothing. Wipe away your tears. Don't be afraid, because we still have dreams. As long as you still believe There is always hope But even I believe it That makes others believe in you Everyone has the same idea, On the contrary, you are out of place. If you can't beat me, join in. The ancients never deceived me, All ancient people have passed by. The world is declining, and people's hearts are not as old as they used to be. It is said that good people do not live long, but disasters last for thousands of years. Sure enough, the fastest way to make money is written in the criminal law.
