CCTV Night Reading Recommended Books📚
I want to read a book similar to "The Food of the World". Reason for recommendation: As the title of the book says, reading the entire personal state will make you feel full! Must-remember the golden saying: "What really matters is your gaze, not what you see in front of you."

Maybe everyone will have a different understanding after reading it. I sincerely invite you not to read other people's processing and understanding, but to read this book yourself.
I just read one article, and I felt like the author was trying to manipulate me in every way. I was the young man, and all the questions that young man had were mine. It really felt like my own characteristics had become universal. I was in the trough period from childishness to maturity, and I understood all the questions in it. Regarding purpose, I concluded it myself before reading this book, but I didn't dabble in psychology at the time and didn't have much theoretical support, but I still felt that everything in my life confirmed my conclusion. In addition, although I don't know Freud, I am influenced by the Internet and people around me, and I am a follower of the theory of causes. In this book, the two are contradictory at the stage I read, but I don't know why. Before this, I agreed with both, but when I was emotional, I believed in the theory of causes. I once thought I was lacking love, but thinking about it, this is not a way to make up for it! And the book says that people are affected by their current situation, and I feel the same way. I had a serious illness and was hospitalized for a period of time. The doctors, nurses and people around me were very friendly. I was, in popular terms, persecuted and delusional. I offended the doctors and nurses at first. Now that I think about it, it was because I wanted to blend in. My personality changed a lot, and it affected me for a while until I was discharged from the hospital. But as soon as I returned home, it changed. Therefore, my state was to adapt to the surrounding conditions. At home, it was a kind of subconscious self-protection (see the current understanding). I will continue to read it and then review it.
If the previous work "The Courage to Be Disliked" tells us how to gain the courage to "be ourselves" through "Separation of Subjects", then this "The Courage to Be Happy" tells us how to gain true happiness as a human being under the guidance of "feeling of community". These two books are put together and are structured as dialogue patterns between wise men and young people. Many of the views of young people are consistent with our views, so the psychological knowledge in this book is easier to understand. The first book talks about theory, while the second book focuses on the collision between theory and reality. It is still worth reading. There are two things that impressed me the most. First, I learned to separate subjects. I love you and it's none of your business. Second, in good love, the subject changes from me to us. When does wanting happiness start? Now is the best place to start! As long as you have the courage to start now, then you will seize happiness now! [Blow a kiss][Blow a kiss][Blow a kiss]
Halfway through reading it, I feel that this book has answered many of the confusions in my life. Adler's ideological point of view is very clear. It is based on teleology. The past cannot be changed and the future is controlled by the present. It is precisely because we are unable to face the uncertainties of the future and choose to wrap ourselves up and stagnate that many of the confusions of our original families affect us. But the past can never determine us, but every decision we make now will lead to a different future. The second is the separation of topics. The separation of topics can allow us to think through many things in an instant, and we can look down upon and let go of many things. I would like to boil it down to the eight-character mantra: It's none of my business and none of your business. Mind your own business and keep your breasts smooth. The third is the definition of courage. I will continue to complete the points after reading them all. The definition of happiness, hehe, I have been reading for too long. When I was reading the book reviews today, I suddenly realized that I had forgotten all about it. Looking back today, I found that I have grown a lot in Tomato. I was not so weak in terms of language before. It is good to read more, haha. I plan to read this book again in the next few days, and then write a long review and make a video haha.
Separation of subjects, teleology, common sense, the definition of love, the importance of courage, etc. Are all theories proposed in the book Although it cannot solve real-life problems, it can provide you with a new perspective, maintain a positive attitude, and face ordinary daily life. I hope everyone can gain something - no longer trapped in the past, no longer obsessed with imagining the future, but able to gain happiness in the present. I will make up my mind to live my current life seriously, take the initiative to learn, take the initiative to love, use ideology and theory as the guiding star to move forward, and keep dancing in the face of ordinary every day. As the book says, "Life is like a succession of moments that keep spinning and dancing in every moment."
The content is debate-like, quite natural and gentle, and the views are bold and sharp but a little too ignorant of the psychological trauma that people are affected by the environment, but it is not arrogant, and the topic of anger is quite novel. Emphasis on humanism makes it easy to treat children not as adults nor as children but as equals.
I have observed different situations and choices in life. Creating emotions = the problem itself. Without any emotions, it is your understanding and attitude that creates the corresponding emotions. It is very simple to achieve happiness in life! You must have the "Courage to Be Disliked", separate your subjects, don't dwell on other people's subjects, only focus on your own subjects, and solve your own problems. Don't do thankless things, have the ability to love, and only if you love the world will someone respect and love you, this is the basic condition. Happiness comes from meaning and self-worth. We cannot be separated from the collective in this life, and joy and sorrow all come from collective survival. By integrating into the group, one can gain a sense of meaning and value, or one can detach oneself from emotions and selfishly gain a sense of meaning and value, and obtain the conditions for happiness. It is also about the sense of security and belonging of collective existence, the same school, if not, then rising to the country and the earth. Love yourself first, then love others, love yourself first before loving others. If you strike first, others will naturally be caught. The courage to be hated teaches us that only by having courage can we be happy❤️
This book really hit my pain points everywhere, but it also solved a lot of my confusions. Whether it is "The Courage to Be Disliked" or "The Courage to Be Happy", after I read it, I felt an impatient feeling that made me want to cry. Although now, I still feel that it is very difficult to muster the courage to change. Life's issues make me scared and uneasy, but I will try slowly, starting with self-acceptance. In one year, five years, ten years, I will see the changes in myself.
Growth means independence. When young people face an independent life, all kinds of existential anxieties in the past will emerge. This book is a beacon of thought on the road of life. Its firm and pleasant words are a kind of fire in the unknown world of young people, illuminating and guiding us to the future.
No wonder the first ability of many protagonists is courage
This is a very real-time book. Almost all the dialogues in the book can be found in accurate events in our real life. We can use this to reflect on many things. Maybe nothing can be solved at the moment, but I think one day I will understand and apply these.
Let me understand that change does not lie in the past or the future, but only in the present. The same is true for me with anxiety. I am just anxious, but I will not die. I will jump out of the comfort zone, not make excuses for myself, change my lifestyle, and change my pessimistic thoughts. In fact, many things I say to my family have nothing to do with it. There is no need to be pretentious, not thinking, not thinking, just change, let yourself become the person you once wanted to be, come on, everyone, encourage each other.
I like the two books "Courage in Two Parts" very much. The philosophers in the books gave me a lot of inspiration. I especially like the young man in the book. Like each of us, he encounters various confusions in life, but he keeps looking for answers. The author's writing style is very unique and makes people feel friendly, just like chatting with a friend. These two books made me understand that we must have the courage to be hated in order to gain true freedom and happiness.
An easy-to-understand introductory book on psychology that can be summarized as, I know where my boundaries are, but I am still willing to help others, and I don't need to expect anything in return. If you want to know more about it, I suggest you read Adler's book
I read this book many years ago. I have never liked reading. Until today, I can listen to the book. I read this book through listening. I didn't take notes. When I read this book, it was magical. I like this book. This is the first book I have listened to.
Re-reading it for the second time, Adlerian psychology has given me new inspirations in life, including subject separation, teleology, freedom means being disliked, and happiness means the sense of contribution. If you want to be an independent person who is both free and happy, it is difficult to integrate knowledge and action. Take courage, take it one step at a time, and cultivate slowly!
Very good, but after reading it again, there is still a question: we can love anyone, but do I have to accept and love those who do not respect me, look down on me, and want me to make a fool of myself? I can't do it
You can really see some of your daily psychological shortcomings and shortcomings from here. Being truthful and objective, you can really find your usual mistakes, 🥹
It is such a good book, I even feel that the memory required to write this book should belong to me. I should have read it long ago and let me get the thoughts of a philosopher. Oh, this sounds crazy, but it really made me feel more like myself. My self was getting lost in the dust, and the thought it contained was like a pillar that pulled me back up and allowed me to regain my courage and be myself.
When reading this book, you will have the same empathy as a young person, and you will also feel a sudden impact on your soul. There are many unexpected viewpoints in it, which provide a unique angle to think about problems, such as the difference between "teleology" and "cause theory". Still profitable
It's really nice and worth reading👀It's refreshing
A very good book. Let yourself accept yourself first, solve your own problems, and become self-reliant. And then work on our problems, relationships.
You can watch it as a VIP. My membership expired after I read the first book. This time I renewed my membership and continued reading. Adler did not want his psychology to be dogmatically fixed and passed down only among experts. He positioned his psychology as "psychology for everyone" and hoped that it would be passed down as common knowledge and stay away from the academic world as much as possible. This passage can make me cry. It turns out that Adler hopes that his thoughts can be constantly corrected. Adler has always been on an equal footing with readers.
Pursue what you want to pursue
This book is very helpful to me [love] After reading it, my view of things and my worldview have changed somewhat. This book is worth reading again and again, and you will have new experiences every time you read it o( ̄▽ ̄)d
Self-reliance Everyone is my partner
It's really good. I'm going to read Adler's own works.
Very useful for solving the daily internal conflicts of modern people [Like]
I learned to separate topics, but it's really hard to do
Life requires a lot of thinking. However, many people are brainwashed by others, the media, etc. And live in confusion. This naturally has their own meaning, which is to become the leek of others.
