Professor Badalak visited more than a hundred managers and summarized the principles and practical guidelines of reflection from the daily experiences and experiences of these managers. These insightful principles of reflection have a lot of inspiration and help for us as we rush between one thing and the next. I read Professor Badalak's "Learning to Reflect", and the biggest gain was that I had a reflection on reflection. I am grateful to Professor Badalak for lighting up a beacon of reflection for me.
