The Nine Needles of Heaven's Way

Qian Dong studies archaeology. On a dig with his professor, he slips and hits his head. His blood falls on an ancient bamboo text, and he loses consciousness. In a dream, he inherits Bian Que’s legacy. From there, everything takes off: his martial arts skills soar, and he takes five women as wives. His X-ray vision helps him make a fortune. Later, Elder Tong takes a liking to him and brings him into the Dragon Pavilion. Serving his country is his unquestionable duty. Who else but him will save lives and heal the wounded? Who else but him will defend the nation and protect its people? He eventually becomes a great sage who safeguards the nation and its people.
