After Clashing with the Spoiled Heir, the Princess Becomes Empress

【Empress】+【Palace intrigue】+【Political scheming】+【Strong hero and strong heroine】+【Magical space and adorable child】 Princess Xia Yao, the emperor's eldest legitimate daughter, and the dissolute young lord Luo Haoyu are besieged in the same place, forging a friendship worth eight copper coins. The young lord thinks, “This trouble magnet is pretty cute. I could tease her when I'm bored.” The princess thinks, “This pretty boy isn't bad-looking. When I'm in a bad mood, I might let him be my punching bag.” They clash like needle and steel, sometimes working together and sometimes blaming each other. Every time the dragon and phoenix fight, the fish, shrimp, turtles, and crabs get caught in the crossfire. The little cutie in the magical space is hopping around in a panic. “Xiaoyao, you're useless! You still haven't brought him back to the palace after all this time. Move aside, let me handle it.” Xia Yao quickly placates it. “Don't worry. Let me subdue him first. If we drag him back to the palace by force, he won't stay for long.” The young lord resigns himself to fate. “Fighting is affection, scolding is love. We've fought so many times already, so I'll just have to do you the favor of marrying you!” Who could have known that the princess would rise like a phoenix from the ashes and ascend the throne, becoming emperor in a single day? This proud phoenix of a young lord has no choice but to face reality: if he can't marry her, he'll have to be the one who marries into her family! Just as he's wondering, “Should I confess outright, or play hard to get?” he suddenly realizes that even becoming imperial consort is fiercely competitive. To soar up to the parasol tree, the young lord pulls out every trick in the book. He punches the military general and kicks the top scholar, paving his way to the position of imperial consort.
