Landlord System: A Max-Level Big Shot Enjoys Retirement in the Apocalypse

[Strong female lead + business management + wish fulfillment + apocalypse + rentals + infrastructure + lighthearted + System + no romance, though a male lead appears later and barely registers] Luo Yi, a retired powerhouse at the peak of her game, is unexpectedly transported to the apocalypse and bound to an Apocalypse Landlord System. She calmly accepts her new situation as a slow-paced trip, wanting nothing more than a relaxing retirement filled with good food, fishing, and gardening. Whether she does the Apocalypse Landlord System’s tasks is entirely up to her mood. She’s determined to be the most carefree landlord around. Most days, she just gives orders, never stands when she can sit, and complains about anything dirty, troublesome, or uncomfortable. Her daily routine is to humor and manipulate the System, find more employees to do the work, and enjoy an even more comfortable life. Building houses, repairing roads, doing business, managing employees: in the end, the silly, sweet System and her staff take care of everything. Other notes: A strong female lead who’s kindhearted but no pushover. She’s omnipotent and invincible in this story, but she won’t bother you if you don’t bother her. The System feels like it’s being carried by her, idolizes the female lead, and does whatever she says. She thinks the System is silly and sweet, but it’s actually pretty capable and hardworking. There is a male lead, who appears in the middle to later parts of the story. He won’t get in the female lead’s way and has very little presence, so readers who prefer no romance are welcome. The story has a huge scope, and the pacing is still in its early stages as of the base-building arc. The writing is awful and illogical, and it’s all made up! I’m terrible at writing blurbs. If you’re interested, please give it a few chapters. Thanks!
