This book is another classic work written by Kazuo Inamori, the sage of Japanese management, who took charge of Japan Airlines at the age of 78 and turned losses into profits in 10 months, creating an unprecedented profit of 158 billion yen in the history of Japan Airlines. Among Kazuo Inamori's works, "Mind Management" has easy-to-understand language and clear logic, which makes it more interesting to read and the story is more complete. Because it fully introduces the life trajectory of Mr. Kazuo Inamori in the past 80 years through stories, from three aspects: thinking about life, why people live, and life is determined by who you meet in destiny. It also allows us to learn from it, because it is not unattainable to achieve these things.

He is like a kind elder, telling profound truths in simple and easy-to-understand stories. I particularly like what he mentioned in the book about "implementing the correct principles for being a human being", which reminded me of some of the views in The Analects, which are all about how to be an upright and kind person. Moreover, Mr. Kazuo Inamori's persistence and courage in running a business also reminded me of Steve Jobs in "The Biography of Steve Jobs". This book is really worth reading and I recommend it to all my friends who are trying to start a business!
