I Founded the New Sui Dynasty

In 581 AD, Yang Jian accepted the abdication of the Zhou emperor, established the Sui dynasty, and became emperor. The Northern Zhou fell, and he became known to history as Emperor Wen of Sui. After taking the throne, Emperor Wen introduced a series of political and economic reforms. He revised the laws and institutions to suit a China reunited after its division between north and south. Of course, the Emperor Wen of Sui, Yang Jian, who ended the era of chaos described above, was from another timeline. He wasn't me. My title is Emperor Taizu of Sui, Yang Jian. That's right, I changed history. Or rather, I changed the history of this world. Here, there is a different Yang Jian and a different Dugu Jialuo; the Duke of Jin, Yuwen Hu, wants to retire and relinquish power; Emperor Wu of Northern Zhou, Yuwen Yong, wants to abdicate and retreat to the countryside; and the peerless Prince of Lanling, Gao Changgong, is here as well... My former name was Luo Yan, and it all began with a rat. I founded a new Sui dynasty.
