This book is very interesting! It brings up a very important point, which is that our potential is not only determined by ourselves, but also affected by the people around us. I really like the SEEDS model in the book. It provides some practical methods to help us work with others to achieve greater potential. Moreover, author Sean Echol makes the theory easy to understand and combines it with some interesting examples, such as Harvard's "primal scream", which is impressive. All in all, this is a book well worth reading, especially for anyone who wants to grow in their relationships.
