"The Complete Works of Kant" (9 volumes), edited and translated by Li Qiuling, a professor at the School of Philosophy of Renmin University of China, is based on the Prussian Royal Academy of Sciences Edition (commonly known as the "Academy of Sciences Edition"). All of them are directly translated from German, and those whose original texts are in Latin are directly translated from Latin. The Academy of Sciences edition of the Complete Works contains all the works and articles published by Kant during his lifetime, and has been carefully collated by a German editor. The Chinese translators referred to various existing translations during the translation process, and also put forward their own unique insights into some nouns and terminology. The Chinese translator, with his profound knowledge in Western philosophy, religion, and linguistics, as well as ten years of hard work, has provided us with a credible and readable text of Kant's works, and made an immortal contribution to Kant's translation and research.
