The Entire Harem Is Shipping Me with the Regent

Before entering the palace, Ye Shurong already knew the emperor was a woman. After years of being childhood sweethearts, they had suddenly become childhood girlfriends. After much thought, Ye Shurong decided she couldn’t stand by and watch her dear friend’s identity be exposed. She volunteered to become empress and help cover for her. But why did it seem like there wasn’t a single normal person in this harem? Consort Shu: “Good thing the emperor isn’t coming. We need one more player! Your Majesty, come play leaf cards!” Consort Xian: “So what if the emperor doesn’t like women? We’re going to have to marry sooner or later. Better to enter the palace and live freely than marry someone else, serve his parents, and put up with their scolding every day!” Beauty Yu: “Your Majesty, you’re so beautiful. I like you so much. Can I stay in your palace tonight?” Lady Sun: “That guard has broad shoulders and a narrow waist. What a figure!” Then, at a palace banquet one day, Prince Zhao raised his cup to the empress from across the room. Consort Shu: “Oh my, someone as impressive as Prince Zhao is worthy of the empress!” Consort Xian: “Prince Zhao has no parents, and in all these years, we’ve never heard any rumors about him and a woman. If the empress were with him, she wouldn’t be mistreated.” Beauty Yu: “Prince Zhao is as graceful as an immortal. He and the empress are perfect together!” Lady Sun: “No wonder Prince Zhao has practiced martial arts for years. He stands tall and straight as a pine!” Even the emperor came over to join in. “A Rong, Prince Zhao seems to treat you very well. Why don’t you two give it a try?”
