Happily Playing Mommy in Infinite Instances

[Infinite flow, thriller and horror, female lead with no romantic pairing, always playing someone’s child] One day, while working late into the night on a project, the internet company wage slave heroine somehow boarded a very strange bus. From the announcements on board, she learned that she had entered an ultra-immersive horror game called Grudge Eraser. To return to the real world, she would have to clear the corresponding instances. The heroine, who was afraid of ghosts, thought, “So you’re sending me to my death, huh?” Fortunately, in the beginner’s lottery, she won an ultra-SSS-rank item called the Identity Card. Before entering each instance, the item lets her draw a role to play in that instance. The role is random. She might be an insignificant passerby in the instance, or she might be the archenemy of the instance’s boss… (No matter what role she gets, the heroine will most likely keep playing someone else’s child.) The heroine had always been terribly unlucky at gacha games, so she had zero expectations of drawing a good role. Getting an ultra-SSS-rank item was already great, but she never expected her first Identity Card draw to give her the role of “child.” That didn’t sound too bad, did it? And so the ghost-fearing heroine began her journey as a cherished child in the instances, suffering and enjoying every moment.
