I especially like the part about ancient Japan's cultural exchanges with foreign countries in the book. It reminds me of my own experience of traveling to Japan, and it also allows me to better understand the diversity of Japanese culture. Mr. Ngo Dinh Thuy's research is very thorough. As he said, "History is a mirror." Through this mirror, we can better understand the present and the future. This book is definitely a good book worth reading for those who like history and Japanese culture.
Comparing it with Waseda University's History of Japan, one has 18 volumes and the other has 11 volumes, both are reference books.
