Lucid dreaming is a state of being awake while dreaming, also known as lucid dreaming or lucid dreaming. In the state of lucid dreaming, the dreamer can have the ability to think and remember while awake. In his book "The Interpretation of Dreams", Sigmund Freud explained lucid dreams as "reappearances of strong thoughts from the subconscious mind".
This book starts from the understanding of lucid dreams, telling readers how to have lucid dreams, how to control their dreams, and then use dreams to change their inner world and heal themselves. There are 50 special exercises in the book to help readers understand and master the principles of lucid dreaming step by step.

Has anyone learned to lucid dream?
Not bad, worth a look
This book prefers to introduce the advantages of lucid dreaming in healing mental problems. Personally, I feel that it does not introduce too much on the specific methods of realizing lucid dreaming.
When I'm awake, I'm still a novice in my dreams. Learn and progress together
My attitude towards dreams is different. It turns out that nightmares are also here to help me.
