This is a pure detective (realistic) novel that I particularly like. There is no emotional drama or specially described handsome men and beautiful women. Although the title of the book is Gu Xincheng, the protagonist is actually a realistic group portrait of a criminal investigation. Criminal investigation work is originally a division of labor and cooperation, not an individual show off. They are heroes, but each performs his duties and fulfills his duties faithfully. The story is over, and it does leave something to think about. The three views are correct, the text is concise, and the description and application of some criminal investigation laws are domestic rather than foreign concepts cloaked in local skin. I like the novel very much and have read it several times.
