The Grim Reaper's Constable

The Great Xin Kingdom has just been founded on the Five Continents, while a hidden force stirs in the shadows. The court receives reports from local prefectures of repeated attacks on people by ghosts and other evil beings. Ordinary constables and bailiffs in local offices are helpless against them. Emperor Yuanjing is enraged and issues an edict calling on extraordinary people from across the realm to form the Demon Suppression Bureau. The bureau has four divisions: Heaven, Earth, Mysticism, and Yellow. Each is led by a Nether Constable, with several ghostly officers under their command to investigate cases involving supernatural evils throughout the land. The emperor also orders the Imperial Preceptor, Perfected One Zizhu, to gather the essence of dark iron from the dragon veins of the Five Continents and forge the Divine Sword of Demon Suppression. The sword is enshrined at the bureau: first to suppress all beneath heaven, second to safeguard the kingdom's fate, and third to subdue demons and evils!
