Three Lives of Huajia

Zaik Interstellar Corporation grew into an interstellar behemoth in just a century, taking on most of the planetary development projects in the Far Star Region. Yet its rapid expansion left the company restless and eager for quick results. Its management ranks also swelled so quickly that the complications of bringing in new staff gradually caused them to lose sight of their principles. They began resorting to any means necessary to deal with problems and conflicts. This not only left the company with a trail of scandals, but also led to countless problems on the planets it had developed, thanks to poor management. To clean up these scandals and resolve these issues, Zaik established a dedicated cleanup department: WBC (White Blood Cells). But too many white blood cells can be fatal. Having lost his memory, “Blackflame” reluctantly served as the company’s shadow, dealing with the things it couldn’t let the public see. But when he went to Dingyuan Star to handle Professor Cecil Müller, a company employee who had defected decades earlier, the professor subdued him and destroyed his memories of the company. The authorities arrested him as an “extreme modified human,” but eventually released him for lack of evidence. Once again with nothing and knowing nothing, he was introduced by the writer Celine Lesuerto and taken in as an assistant by the scientists Zhao Chengxing and Zhang Huilan. From then on, they lived together. No one can escape their past. The more you try to avoid it, the more violently it comes rushing back.
