[A partnership of equals, deduction, no significant romance, focused on solving cases] In the Republican era, in these troubled times when even ghosts could lord it over others and right and wrong had been turned upside down, was there really any law?
The sixth young master of the Chao family, backed by three powerful clans, could throw his weight around the entire commercial port. After years studying abroad, he returned with no ambition other than investigating cases and solving mysteries. As a firm materialist who had received years of progressive education, he had finally met his match: this humble paper effigy craftsman had extraordinary skill and was shrouded in mystery!
They say he can make paper figures communicate with spirits?
Nonsense. I absolutely don’t believe it! I don’t... do I?
I have read about half of the original version of Thousand Faces, but this one has already tied it. Today I found out that there is an additional chapter, which was very touching. [Wiping Tears] In the past, I would avoid the background of the Republic of China, but the author writes it really well. The characters are neither fools nor do they treat the readers as fools. God knows how hard it is to find such suspenseful reasoning. The plot and details are full, there are emotional lines that can be removed or eaten, and there is also a little bit of supernatural hauntings that are just right and not so scary. I like it even more. The only problem is that there are so few comments here that people are shocked. How come no one reads such a good article? How come few people who watched it wrote comments? I wish I could spend so much money on gifts and write recommendations on the front page so that more people can read this good article. But I have no choice but to write a long review instead. I hope the author can finish it smoothly according to the idea. I lie down at the bottom of the pit with a heart ready to become an old fan... [Madam, hungry, rice. GIF]
It looks good, I hope many people can see it
Wow, is it going to be updated? I hope the ending won't be too hasty. The other one ended too quickly.
The writing is very good and the plot is gripping. I highly recommend it [like][like][like]
