Looking at the map of Europe, we can see that there are two large islands outside the Western European continent, one is called Britain and the other is called Ireland. All of the former plus the northern half of the latter and some nearby islands form a country. The full name of this country is the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland", which is what we usually call the United Kingdom.

It turns out that Britain was part of the European continent a long time ago, and there are so many stories I didn't know! I particularly hate those invaders, but fortunately the book also talks about the development of British civilization, which is quite interesting. I feel this book is worth reading!
