Trading Shards in Minecraft

When my world collided with the real world, the planar seeds of the two worlds clashed. The real world's planar seed was defeated and fled, gravely wounded, possessing Zhang Zhiyuan in the process. Zhang Zhiyuan thus became the chosen one of the plane. When night falls, all kinds of monsters appear in endless numbers. Zombies rasp and howl in the darkness. Skeletons fire cold arrows from the shadows. Creepers prepare to ambush their prey in the dark. Titan monsters can kill people with ease. The Ender Dragon circles above the city. When HIM leads his subordinates in an attempt to invade the real world, how will Zhang Zhiyuan wield the sword in his hand to protect the lights of home behind him? (Some parts have been changed for the story, so please bear with me.)
