The plot of this book is so exciting! The protagonist's experience in the afterlife reminded me of "The Ferryman", which is also an exploration of the afterlife. Moreover, the mysterious behavior of the protagonist's girlfriend in the book reminded me of the plot in "The Vampire Diaries". It was really suspenseful!
