749 Bureau: Strange Case Investigations

I finished reading "Bureau 749: Strange Case Investigation" by the author [Liu Dong Requiem] at 19:39 on October 1, 2024. The book currently has a score of 8.7. Today is National Day.

I have to say, author, you know how to scare people! The beginning of the first chapter has a feeling similar to that of a horror fairy tale. It made me tremble with fright, but also whetted my appetite. The various supernatural events that follow: vampires, alien creatures, etc., Incorporate many Eastern and Western horror elements, which is a real treat. It is very suitable for people like me who like to read horror and suspense novels, and it is a type worth reading. There seems to be a big suspense at the end of the book! Looking forward to filling in the gaps and releasing a new work soon!

First, I said to the murderer, "You were the one who killed three single young women in a row a few days ago, right?", And later, he said to the murderer, "I didn't tell you that the victims were all women." Are you stupid or the murderer? It seems that the author has lost his memory

I watched the 749 Bureau movie and came back to read the novel! [Laughing]

It's very interesting and I hope the author can publish a serial, but I'll only do it for free. Come on, author. I'm looking forward to your next serial. It must be this one. I'm not satisfied with this story. I still want to continue the story of 749. Come on.

I like horror and suspense novels very much. The author has a lot of imagination and the language is humorous. The title and introduction of the book are also the type that I compare to. The victim's death may seem ordinary, but in reality it is mysterious. Since the protagonists are all human beings, people can't help but feel nervous for them when dealing with the weird ones! It's just too short. I finished the book before I could finish reading it. It felt unsatisfactory! And it's too much not to fill in the holes! It seems that the reason Liu Shui entered 749 was to find his missing relatives! Although I said I found it, I felt like something was wrong with my sister at the end! It's like a trump card against 749. The author of the bloody book quickly fills in the hole and can continue to write a sequel!

The story tells the story of a department that no one knows about, the 749 Bureau, which faces various "supernatural cases" that occur in the country, as well as other events that cannot be explained by normal science. This book by the author is really imaginative. It uses cases caused by some bizarre and incredible events. While people feel baffled, the feeling of fear gradually comes into their hearts. The protagonist of this book, Liu Shui, encountered a mysterious disappearance of his only relative during his childhood. When he grew up, he entered Bureau 749 and came into contact with a series of mysterious cases. It turns out that behind these mysterious things are traces of highly intelligent criminals, and the protagonist also reveals the truth about his sister's disappearance.

In a sense, this kind of story is the supernatural version of "The years are quiet because someone is carrying forward with a heavy burden." The normal world we live in is because the relevant departments have solved these supernatural phenomena. There are many novels based on Bureau 749. This mysterious department has a real historical background and is endorsed by the government and Mr. Qian. In this era of unprecedented technological development, this mysterious department has not disappeared, but is attracting more people with extraordinary abilities to participate. The story itself is also interesting, integrating classical culture, red tradition and modern science fiction.

It's interesting and the plot is gripping, but there's something I didn't understand. I feel like it's my own fault.

The opening chapter begins with Nietzsche's famous saying, "When you look down at the abyss for long enough, the abyss will look back at you." The whole book uses a series of strange case investigations to reveal the truth step by step. However, the handling of the final ending is a bit rough. There are many details in the front and it ends quickly at the end. There is a feeling of an abrupt end. The flaws are not concealed, but overall it is worth recommending.
