As a conscience, in thoughts, in matters, and in daily life, we should seek self-examination and self-restraint. Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism have the same origin but different emphases. Buddhism talks about compassion, Confucianism talks about benevolence and righteousness, and Taoism talks about tranquility. In fact, they are talking about the same truth. When your heart is bright, benevolence and righteousness will come naturally. Don't be overjoyed by flattery. When your heart is quiet, compassion will come naturally. There is no selfish desire to block it. What you say and do comes from your true heart. Everyone has the wisdom and virtue of the Tathagata, but they cannot achieve it because of delusion and persistence. Everyone has a bright conscience, but it can only be covered by selfish desires and cannot be carried out. Buddhism talks about enlightenment, which means practicing through things. This is not to criticize one and belittle the other. All methods come from the same source and each has its own emphasis. Just like the 84,000 Dharma Doors, you can start from anywhere, just don't be partial, and always get rid of selfish desires and be enlightened. Completed on November 30, 2023

Du Yinshan is a famous historical writer. After the publication of this book, it was deeply loved by readers.
