A good book. I happened to read this book for the first time at the age of 45, and it felt like a blessing from God. The content deeply attracted me, it was easy to understand, I could compare it with myself, and it explained a lot of my confusion. It was like a magical medicine. Symptoms of depression and anxiety symptoms common in society today. Recommended reading, read more.
Buddhism has always been my favorite subject, and it is also the doctrine I believe in most. The Heart Sutra is one of the core classics in Buddhism and is considered to be the summary of the teachings and wisdom of Guanshiyin Bodhisattva. It emphasizes prajna wisdom and the way to transcend suffering. The "Heart Sutra" states that "all dharma has no self, and dharma without self is empty", emphasizing that the essence of all phenomena is emptiness. This reminds us to move beyond our attachment to individual identity and the material world and recognize that everything is fleeting, changing, and impermanent. The Heart Sutra mentions that "dependent origination is emptiness, and emptiness is dependent origination", which means that the existence of all phenomena is the result of interdependence and mutual influence.
Nothing is difficult in the world if you work hard, I have benefited from it.
In the book, the author introduces its essence and practical methods through interpretation and analysis of the Heart Sutra. He explained the basic meaning and connotation of the Heart Sutra, including the compassion of "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva" and the realm of "Prajna Paramita". He also provided many practical cultivation suggestions and methods, such as mindfulness meditation, breathing adjustment, physical relaxation and other small techniques that we can often use in our lives, so that readers can better master and apply this cultivation method.
"Shariputra, all dharmas are empty, neither born nor destroyed, neither stained nor pure, neither increasing nor decreasing." The Heart Sutra is a must-read for understanding Buddhist thought. Buddhism is actually the same as Confucianism, which is a unique attitude towards the human world. Buddhists believe that all Buddhas in the past, present, and future three generations can achieve the supreme enlightenment and become Buddhas because of Prajna wisdom. Faced with the fact that all the troubles and delusions in the world are in vain, we need to calm down and reach the highest state of silence and inaction, freeing ourselves from the shackles of the world.
Disaster comes from the mouth, silence is golden. Stay true to your original intention, be sincere and kind. Always cultivate your mind and work hard to make progress.
After reading this book, I benefited a lot. When I saw this book, I was deeply attracted by it as if it was destined. The principles are simple and easy to understand. Comparing the situation in my own life can solve many confusions and inject a breath of fresh air into my confused life. I can see a clearer world through the fog of secularity, which alleviates the impetuous anxiety in today's society. Life has become sunnier. Let us jointly build a society full of harmony and hope.
Deep and simple, easy to understand. Benefited a lot, recommended reading.
Bodhi has no tree, no mirror, no stand. There is nothing there, so where is the dust? Tao is born, virtue is accumulated!

Let me truly understand the meaning of the Heart Sutra.
It is a philosophical book, a book in which benevolent people have different opinions and wise people have different opinions. Reading the Heart Sutra does not necessarily mean you should be careful.
The Heart Sutra explains the true spirit, and the Eightfold Path explains life. Take suffering as your teacher and good deeds as your deeds. Without me, you know who I am; with me, you know greed, anger, and ignorance.
Reading this book can help people make progress and learn how to behave and how to be a good person.
I just watched it and I still can't understand it. I'll wait until I watch it a few more times before commenting. I'll give it a good review first.
The author explains the Heart Sutra in sections, which is easy to understand, and he also gives examples to explain the truth, which is very interesting.
