A Rookie Commander's Growth Journal

This is the story of a rookie commander newly arrived at Griffin, struggling through a somewhat brutal workplace before rising to the top of the world. What if you have to make it on your own? What if the missions are too hard? You’re the commander, after all. We believe in you! (One commander says they’ve had quite enough of this all-purpose line that dumps everything on them. The whole perseverance spiel can go die already!)
