After Returning from My Ordeals, My Archenemy Won't Leave Me Alone

[Historical Fantasy Writing Contest] Chong Jin was just an ordinary young woman from an ordinary family. Her life was quiet, yet warm and happy.

But then Han Yu, a regent with power over the entire court, took a liking to her. He kept her by force, and their entanglement lasted half her life. The caged bird he imprisoned in his manor eventually died of sorrow.

Just when Chong Jin thought she had finally escaped the demon, the truth nearly made her spit blood.

Over a thousand years ago, during the war between immortals and demons, gods and demons descended to the mortal realm to undergo tribulations. Her true identity was none other than the Demon Clan's God of War, while Han Yu, who had clung to her all this time, was her sworn enemy.

In the early part of the story, the heroine focuses on her ambitions, determined to take Han Yu's place as Demon Lord and rule the Six Realms.

Having lost his memories of his tribulation, Han Yu wants nothing more than to eliminate Chong Jin, the woman who constantly threatens his position as Demon Lord.

After his memories return, Han Yu says, “I'll offer you the Six Realms as your bride price, in exchange for your smile.”
