The Strongest Odd-Job System in Journey to the West

Zhu Ba, a severe procrastinator, is reborn into Journey to the West as the lazy, gluttonous Zhu Bajie. He figures he can just coast along until he earns the title of Altar Cleanser Envoy, but then he binds himself to the “Strongest Worker System.” Now he has to clock in on time, complete the tasks assigned by his bosses, and even work overtime... A worker’s soul is a worker’s soul: only by working can you rise above the rest! Becoming Journey to the West’s best employee is Zhu Ba’s goal!!

“Bajie, you truly are my good disciple. There’s no doubt you’ll win the Best Employee Award!”

“Brother Monkey, let go of that task (monster) and let me handle it!!”

“Second Brother, Master has been captured by a monster!”

“Amitabha Buddha. I’m sorry, ladies of the demon clan, but work is the only thing in my heart!”

“Clock-in successful. You have received a thousand years of cultivation, the Thirty-Six Heavenly Transformations, the Seventy-Two Earthly Fiend Transformations...”

“Clock-in successful. You have received nine-thousand-year Peaches of Immortality, Ginseng Fruit, Purple Cloud Immortal Grass, and Golden Elixir of the Jade Lotus...”
