Part One: Light Thunder
Qin Wuqin, a “wild woman” skilled in martial arts and possessed of immense strength, had lived in seclusion deep in the mountains, wanting nothing to do with the world. But after an accident, she was possessed by Hua Zhaojin, a “world-turning fox demon” searching for a suitable human body. Meanwhile, Qin Muyou, the eldest daughter of the Qin family at the foot of the mountain, had been missing for days. After being possessed and accidentally stumbling down the mountain, Qin Wuqin wound up at the Qin residence by sheer coincidence. Because she looked exactly like Qin Muyou, everyone in the household took her for the missing young lady. But she did not enjoy life as the young mistress for long. At Hua Zhaojin’s urging, Qin Wuqin left the Qin residence to find a suitable body and discover what had happened to Qin Muyou. After she left, Qin Muyou’s fiancé, Dongfang Jie, burned down the entire Qin residence and slaughtered everyone there. He was a prince in name only, ambitious but powerless. After narrowly escaping disaster, Qin Wuqin went through one misfortune after another and was forced to enter a brothel. But the demon energy within her drew the attention of Baili Xuanjing, an “exorcist.” When Dongfang Jie accidentally learned that Qin Wuqin was still alive, what schemes would he use against her? Caught between two enemies, how would Qin Wuqin and Hua Zhaojin, who possessed her, protect themselves in the brothel?
Part Two: Mystical Inspiration
Qin Wuqin’s fate underwent a dramatic change after one hardship after another. As the fates of Qin Wuqin, Hua Zhaojin, and Dongfang Jie became hopelessly entangled, Qin Wuqin finally learned that Dongfang Jie had been the mastermind behind the massacre of the Qin family. At the same time, Dongfang Jie’s two younger brothers led their troops in slaughtering Wuqin Island, which she and her brothel sisters, Bingque, had worked so hard to build. This deepened her vendetta against Dongfang Jie, forcing her to choose between love and hate. As Hua Zhaojin gradually learned to tell Qin Muyou and Qin Wuqin apart, she fell in love with Qin Wuqin and stayed by her side constantly. But because of Dongfang Jie, Qin Wuqin could not return Hua Zhaojin’s feelings. Dongfang Jie, who had once cared for nothing but his ambition to rule the world, found himself unable to stop thinking about Qin Wuqin. By the time he realized it, a vast distance already separated them... Would the god of fate play the final song of shattered strings for them?
So pretty!
The story is a little unreasonable in places. But overall it's still good.
It's pretty good to watch, and the storyline is pretty good too.
