Li Zicheng (5-Book Set)

The writing is good, but Li Zicheng and his soldiers are written too seriously. How can a group of thieves who rebel again and again have any sense of loyalty? Their nature is the same as that of the Heaven and Earth Society in The Deer and the Cauldron. They are just a short-sighted mob who want to take advantage of the troubled times to steal some jeweled women.

As for Li Zicheng, I personally feel that his struggle against the feudal landlord class deserves recognition. Li Zicheng is a character who is generally disparaged in history books. This is not surprising personally, because the intellectuals in old China were just servants serving the landlord class. No matter whether it is an intellectual like Wen Tianxiang, in the final analysis, he cannot truly think about the people. Class struggle is the main factor in the progress of human society. It is time for history to give Li Zicheng a fair and just evaluation.

After more than fifty hours of reading, I have finally finished reading this magnificent and soul-stirring historical volume! After pondering for a long time, feeling a lot, and gaining a lot... Li Zicheng, as a peasant hero of that era, endured hardships and perseverance, faced adversity, became more courageous as he fought, and finally created a great cause of a generation! However, because of his eagerness to win and short-sightedness, he was dazzled by the temporary victory. He indulged in facing south and facing north, sitting in the palace, singing praises, flattering and slandering, and was filled with joy in his foresight and loyalty. They turned a blind eye to the huge threat of the Manchu Qing Dynasty, which was eager to dominate China. They made strategic mistakes and delayed the military opportunity. As a result, they suffered repeated defeats and retreats, and the results of many years of arduous struggle were ruined! How can it not make people sigh with regret and sigh?! …

"Li Zicheng" should become a must-read for literature lovers. The language of the work is refined and can be appreciated by both refined and popular people; the characters are carved in detail and lifelike. The descriptions of various scenes make people feel like they are there.

Many things in ancient and modern times are all talked about with laughter. The bloody storms, grievances and conflicts, the pursuit of fame and fortune, the reality and the reality, the hidden knife in the smile, the eradication of the weeds, the love, hatred and hatred, disappear into smoke, and the vast land is ridiculous to the world.

The reckless hero Li Zicheng, the coach's character and will determine success or failure. He is not discouraged in times of adversity and overcomes all difficulties, and he can stay awake and take precautions in times of good times. It's difficult, the authorities are obsessed with it, but the onlookers can't tell!

It took me a long time to read it. It is not as smooth as the protagonists in those online articles. Instead, it follows history and uses the form of a novel to depict Li Zicheng's life. There is no doubt that this is definitely a classic work, and I pay tribute to the master.
